1. Overview

RawUtils is a static collection of developer tools. Every tool runs locally in your browser: the text, JSON, URLs, and passwords you enter are processed on your device and are never sent to us. This policy explains the limited data that may be processed when you visit the site, including cookies used for advertising.

2. Information we collect

We do not require an account and we do not directly collect personal information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, and the time of your request. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate traffic analysis, and are retained according to the hosting provider’s policies.

3. Tool inputs

Anything you paste into a RawUtils tool is handled entirely in the browser using client-side JavaScript. It is not transmitted to our servers, stored, or shared. When you close the tab, it is gone.

4. Cookies

RawUtils does not set first-party cookies for its tools. However, third parties such as advertising partners may set cookies or similar technologies when you visit this site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the tools will continue to work without them.

5. Google AdSense and third-party advertising

RawUtils may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

We do not currently use a first-party analytics service or track individual users across the site. Aggregated, privacy-preserving request metrics may be provided by our hosting provider.

The site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

8. Data retention and security

Because tool inputs never leave your browser, there is nothing for us to retain. Server logs held by our hosting provider are kept for a limited period for security and operational purposes. The site is served over HTTPS.

9. Children’s privacy

RawUtils is a developer tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can address it.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. Since RawUtils does not maintain user accounts or store tool inputs, we typically hold no personal data about you. You can still contact us with any request or question.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
